Do I need planning permission?
You may need planning permission for your project. Some simple extensions can be carried out under ‘permitted development’. Larger extensions and new build homes will require a planning application. No, we will liaise with Building Control on your behalf, ensuring that inspections are booked and carried out at the right stages during the build.
Do I need to pay anything upfront?
No, you won’t pay a penny until our tradesmen arrive onsite.
Do I get a warranty?
Yes, all of our new build work comes with a minimum 15-year structural warranty, which is 50% longer than the industry standard.
Will you work closely with our architect?
Yes, we will work in lockstep with your architect before, during and after the construction phase of your project. This ensures that your dream home is brought to life exactly as planned.
Who will manage our project?
One of our in-house project managers will oversee your project, ensuring it is delivered on time and on budget. This project manager will be your point of contact for the duration of the build.
Will we be kept in the loop regarding progress on our build?
